Michelle was an inspiration to me as I watched her climb the ladder from a TPT at Lear to the HR Manager at Qualtech. and from a young adult giddy over Darrell to a beautiful woman, loving wife and mother.

My 2 kids have gone to school with Carter and Kennedy since JK and almost always in the same class. My heart breaks for the kids... I am so deeply sorry that this happened to Michelle. What a lovely person she is. I never met her personally but had interactions with her through Magna Human Resources as I work at the Lordstown, Ohio Magna plant. Michelle was such a beautiful woman.
I wish there is someting I could say or do to take aware the family's heartache. I will include the family in my prayers daily for strength in the upcoming days, months and years to come. Just so tragic.
