Obituary of Beverly Jane Weir

Obituary WEIR - Beverly Jane (nee. Lewis) of London passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 8, 2018. Bev is survived by her devoted husband Harold Weir, sons John Fulton (Kim) of Pennsylvania, Brent Fulton (Barb) of Shedden and daughter Leslie Fulton (Wilson Tang) of Kitsilano, BC. Grandchildren Jayme Fulton and Courtney Fulton, Ronan Fulton Tang and Cooper Fulton Tang. They were Bev’s “Heaven on Earth”. She is sister to the late John Lewis (2014) (Nancy) of Corbiel, ON and Ambrose Lewis (Loraine) of Abbotsford, BC. Bev is predeceased by her parents Catharine “Kay” and John Lewis. Bev was also very fond of the Weir children (Don, Karen, Anne, Cathy and Bob) and their families. Bev graduated from University of Western Ontario in nursing education and music. After teaching and working in many areas of nursing she ended her career in Real Estate. Other interests included gardening, travel, church activities, teaching “Dance Fit” aerobics, St. Thomas Alzheimer Society (of which she was a founding member and facilitator) and Animal Aide. According to Bev’s wishes a bequeathal to science has been made and there will be no visitation or service. A private family memorial will be held at a later date.
