Obituary of James Daniel Nolan

NOLAN, James Daniel of St. Thomas passed away peacefully on Friday, October 5, 2012, in his 85th year. Survived by his siblings Helen and Bruce Miehm, Pat Hartleib, all of Kitchener and Vincent and Mary Ellen Nolan of Waterloo. Also survived by his brother-in-law Vincent Murray of Seaforth; many nieces, nephews and by his close friends Colleen and Doug Walker of St. Thomas. Predeceased by his parents James and Elizabeth Nolan; siblings Dorothy Murray, Dennis Nolan (Anna), Mary Tate (Bryan), Joe Nolan (Helen), Louis Nolan, Frank Nolan, Ann Stockie (Bill); and by his brother-in-law Wilf Hartleib.Visitation was held at McGlynn Family Funeral Home in Seaforth, on Tuesday, October 9th and Funeral Mass was celebrated on Wednesday, October 10, 2012. Interment has taken place. A Memorial Service, will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570), on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 11:30am.
