Obituary of Daniel Arthur Roach

ROACH- Daniel Arthur of St. Thomas, passed away peacefully at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Friday, August 9, 2024 at the age of 73.  Daniel is survived by his loving wife Shirley Roach (nee Nadzon); by his children Rob Cunningham, Jennifer (Michael) Weare, Simon (Erika Loney) Roach; by his mother Alice Roach (late Frank); by his grandchildren Sophie, Lily, Oliver, Stella, Alice, Cailin and Valerie; and his sister Fran Roach.  Daniel was born in Timmins, Ontario.  He worked as a Senior Claims Examiner and in his spare time enjoyed traveling, reading and collecting fountain pens and antique books.  A private family gathering will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570).  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
