Obituary of Catherine Yvonne Chambers

CHAMBERS – Catherine Yvonne (nee Sivyer) of St Thomas passed away peacefully at the St Thomas-Elgin General Hospital with family at her side on Sunday, December 24, 2023 at the age of 75.  Catherine is survived by children John Lampman (Sue), Teresa Lampman and Scott Lampman (Bernadette); grandchildren Adam Lampman (Chelsey) and their children Penelope and Mya; Shawn Lampman, Zackery Lampman, Patrick Lampman and Amaryllis Lampman.  Catherine is also survived by her loving sister-in-law Pat Sivyer.  Visitation will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570) on Friday, December 29, 2023 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. with a memorial service held in the chapel at 11:00 a.m.  Interment of ashes at a later date.  If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
