We are very sorry to hear of Kathleen's passing.
We have fond memories of visiting her and staying overnight a few years ago; she was very hospitable and welcoming and we spent hours chatting and exchanging memories of family, including those of her husband Bob and mother Marie, who we had visited on a previous occasion. But for Covid we would have travelled to Ontario more recently and had the chance to see her again.
Kathleen was a lovely soul and will be sorely missed. We send our condolences to all her family and friends.
Love from cousin Jean, and Philip (Australia).

I was lucky enough to spend a wonderful and memorable time with Kathleen, Bob and Amy, staying with them on the lakefront back in the summer of 1995 having been connected with her through my mum, Jean Paterson, who was her cousin. I remain in touch with Amy today.
Kathleen was generous of mind, spirit and time, and was such a beautiful person. I have only fond memories. It was particularly interesting to listen to her sharing her experiences of moving country, as that's what I had chosen to do, but to Australia.
My condolences and love to her family and friends. I hope you can dwell on the good times you had with her, as I will.

Do not stand
By my grave, and weep.
I am not there,
I do not sleep—
I am the thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints in snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle, autumn rain.
As you awake with morning’s hush,
I am the swift, up-flinging rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight,
I am the day transcending night.
Do not stand
By my grave, and cry—
I am not there,
I did not die.
