Obituary of Corradino D'Angelo
D'ANGELO - Corradino “Dino” August 8, 1939 - July 18, 2022 With broken hearts, the daughters of Thunder Bay businessman, Dino D'Angelo, announce that he is dancing and celebrating in heaven with our mother, Mary D'Angelo. Dino asks you to remember all the parties and celebrations of his life that were shared with family and friends including his surprise 50th birthday party and again at his 65th birthday/retirement party. Dino lived life in the fast lane and he made the most of every single day God granted him with his family. His life was full of love, friendship, adventures, accomplishments, golfing, traveling and enjoying time with his grandsons. When life tossed him bags of lemons, he made the best lemonade and lemon cake he possibly could. Dino impacted the lives of everyone he met with his big personality and smile. His clients and colleagues quickly became life-long friends as they were drawn to his endless energy, vitality and charisma. Dino started out as a teenage bricklayer who started the family construction business and became an entrepreneur. In his retirement he was a penny stock day trader and passionate about the game of golf. God broke the mold when he created Dino D'Angelo. He truly was '1 in a million'! He is famous for his favorite mantra: "When a man drinks, the earth shakes!" Today we ask you to enjoy a glass of homemade wine in his memory. Robert Louis Stevenson's quote describes Dino: "The Man is a success who has lived well, loved much, and laughed often." Arrangements entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home, 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570). A private celebration of Dino's life has been held. In lieu of flowers we ask you to make donations to Make-A-Wish Canada as this charity was special to Dino. Love you Daddy always! Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
