Obituary of Maurice Jack Longeuay

LONGEUAY- Maurice “Maury” Jack of St. Thomas, passed away suddenly at home on April 2, 2020, at the age of 61. Maury is survived by his beloved wife Deb Longeuay (nee Douglas); by his loving daughter Kira Longeuay and her fiancée Shane Jeffers; by his siblings Sharon Lowry, Nancy Reading, Connie Reading, Wanda Scott, and Warren (Cathy) Longeuay; by his siblings-in-law Kathy (Randy) Smith, Donna Schultze, and Steven Douglas; and by his many other family members and friends. Maury was born in Kitchener, Ontario to the late Vincent “Bus” and Vennetia Longeuay. He is also predeceased by his sister Pat McDonald and by his brother Vincent Longeuay. Maury was a school bus driver for Thames Valley and Voyageur. He and Deb enjoyed many years of camping with family and friends. Cremation has taken place. A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570), and online by visiting Maury’s tribute page, on Saturday, November 14, 2020 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm.
