Obituary of Patricia Dawn Tugwood

TUGWOOD- Patricia Dawn (nee Angevine) of St. Thomas.  It is with great sadness that the Tugwood family announces the passing of Patricia at the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital on Sunday, April 27, 2025 at the age of 88.  Beloved wife of the late Ronald James Tugwood (2015).  Loved mother of Carman Tugwood, Rhonda Fish (Russ), Kevin Tugwood (Teresa), and Lorraine Baughman (Paul); and mother-in-law to Wayne Honeywood (late Heather).  Sadly missed by her 18 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; by her sisters Ruth Pfefferle (Arthur), Evelyn Sparks (Cal), and Esther Brant (Vince); her brother-in-law Raymond Tugwood; and by her many other family and friends.  Predeceased by her brother Paul Brant; and by her sister Brenda Doherty (Norm).  Patricia was born in Rochester, New York and was the daughter of the late Carman and Lorraine Brant.  She was a dedicated volunteer with Scouts Canada and worked at the St. Thomas Curling Club for many years.  Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of life with interment of ashes will be announced on a later date.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Shawn Jackson Funeral Home 31 Elgin Street, St. Thomas (519-631-0570).  If desired, donations to Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario, or STEGH Foundation would be appreciated.  Personal condolences to the family can be made at www.sjfh.ca
